You can cancel or modify your order before it enters production. Once printing begins, changes are no longer possible — your piece is already being made just for you.

If you need a change, contact us right away after ordering and we'll do everything we can.

Every product page includes a detailed size chart. We strongly recommend checking it before ordering, since sizing varies between styles. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit.

Our tees and tanks are a classic unisex cut — not boxy, not clingy. They have a substantial feel with enough room to move, and they hold their shape instead of stretching out.

Most designs are printed direct-to-garment (DTG) — water-based ink is jetted directly into the fabric fibers rather than layered on top as plastic. The result is vibrant, full-color, soft and breathable, and it resists cracking and peeling.

When artwork calls for photo-level detail or neon-level saturation, we use direct-to-film (DTF) instead — an ultra-thin, flexible layer that delivers the boldest color available on demand without stiffening the fabric.

Our garments are printed with water-based Kornit NeoPigment inks, certified to OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT — an independent standard confirming that textile chemicals meet strict safety and environmental criteria.

Stickers, canvas, and select non-apparel pieces are printed with professional archival pigment inks.

Yes, in a few meaningful ways:

• Eco-certified inks. Our water-based inks carry OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certification and generate less waste than traditional screen printing.

Turn it inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang it. Skip the bleach and fabric softener, and keep the iron off the print.

We've got you. If your product has a manufacturing defect — misprinted, damaged, or the wrong item shipped — we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

You have 30 days from delivery to report it. Just reach out with your order number and a photo of the defect. Full details are in our Return Policy.

Not traditional exchanges, since each item is printed on demand rather than pulled from a shelf. But if your item has a defect, we'll reprint it at no cost to you.

If the size isn't right, you're welcome to place a new order in the correct size — and check the size chart on the product page first.

You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves production. If it's been more than 5 business days and you haven't heard from us, send us a message with your order number and we'll track it down.
